The book does a great job of illustrating the legal facts surrounding shared ownership communities (SOCs) and what happens when the facts collide with some of the basic elements of human nature.  As an industry professional, I found New Neighborhoodsto be an excellent resource and found myself occassionally cheering out loud while reading it.
